FYI: RE THE ERROR MESSAGE YOU MAY GET WHEN YOU CLICK ON "SUBMIT." I've addressed it with my service provider, but they don't seem to be able to work it out so far.
I WILL GET YOUR EMAIL. All test emails that I've sent do show up in my in-box. If you wish to "Submit" twice to be sure, feel free; however, I've received every original and every duplicate that I've tested.
It is my understanding they are continuing to work on the issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
